The camera has a range of 45 feet, so no worries about the receiver being out of range. It can be used with compatible GPS units to add safety while driving. It allows up to 4 cameras to be used at once. The camera can be attached to license plate, bumper or anyplace on the rear of vehicle and through the transmitter's connection will display images on the connected receiver GPS unit. The Backup Camera is rated Ipx7, which means that the camera and transmitter are submersible up to 3.3 feet for up to 30 minutes, allowing them to be used during all types of weather.
